Citizenship, statelessness, migration, human rights, the politics of belonging, global justice and post-Westphalian global orders. Kristy has published articles in Alternatives: Global, Local, Political, Ethnic and Racial Studies, The International Journal of Bahamian Studies and The Latin Americanist. She is currently a ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius “Settling Into Motion” fellow.
