Sarah Maciel Lopes
I am currently a fifth-year political science master’s student. My research interests are in human rights in the context of international relations and public law. I aim to analyze the rhetoric and ethics of political discourse concerning human rights in order to identify patterns of counterproductive and cooperative political speech. I am particularly interested in how individuals develop their cognitive framework and behavior patterns in regards to what they constitute as a human right. My goal is to make valuable contributions to the understanding of human rights and the political discourse surrounding them.
