Two Exam Field Option Requirements Checklist

In order to take Ph.D. exams, graduate students must submit a Two Exam Field Option Check List. Once submitted, the form requires approval from your major advisor, the chairs of your two subfields, and the director of graduate studies at least one month prior to the date of the exam. No examination for the Ph.D. will be scheduled without explicit approval from the major advisor and relevant subfield heads.
