The UConn Undergraduate Political Review is a scholarly publication dedicated to providing a diverse analysis of political events and issues.

Affiliated with the Department of Political Science, articles are written, edited, and reviewed by undergraduates who have exhibited a commitment to academic excellence and political involvement. Our objective is to provide an opportunity for students to present nuanced contributions to the policy debates ongoing within our society and the UConn community.

The 2026-2027 edition will be broken up into four distinct sections:

1. U.S. Contemporary and Domestic Politics & Policy: Covers the electoral battles, legislative fights, and domestic policy debates shaping American politics today.
2. International Affairs & Foreign Policy: Covers diplomacy, security, and foreign policy strategy, and how they shape the geopolitical balance of power.
3. Energy, Economics & Technology: Covers the economic, energy, and technology developments driving policy debates and shaping the future of global competitiveness.
4. History: Situates today's political debates in historical context, tracing how past events continue to shape current institutions and policy.
