Robert Downes (PhD Candidate)’s article “Green Anarchy & Red Praxis: An Anarcho-Indigenous Dialouge Towards a Democracy of Species” was accepted for publication in the Anarchist Studies for the fall ’25 issue.
San Lee (Ph.D. Candidate)’s essay, “Post-Positivism Is Not Yet Normalized in International Relations”, was recently published on E-International, which provides various IR articles for the public.
Grace DiTunno (‘28) received the 100 Years of Women Scholarship, “which was established in 1992 to honor current matriculated UConn undergraduate and graduate students and/or a high school senior planning to enroll in the University of Connecticut, who have demonstrated a commitment to women’s issues through service to their community or school as a role model or advocate.”

Haritha Subramanian (’26) was featured in the UConn Today article “Voter Registration Push Comes to Campus Ahead of Early Voting, Election Day 2024” on Sept. 18, 2024. Haritha spoke about her experience working for Next Gen Elections.
In January 2024 Dr. Ginsberg took her POLS 3991 class to New Hampshire to experience the first of the country’s primaries. Based on that trip, Digital Media and Design major Dorian Robinson wrote and directed a documentary called “Immersion“, which was nominated for Best Documentary, Achievement in Directing (Documentary), and Best Student Film at the Bridgeport Film Festival, and won Best Documentary. It also won an award in the Professional Documentary category at the Connecticut Art Director’s Club Awards
