Ph.D. student Bianka Adamatti was awarded the 2023 Master’s Thesis Award from the Conference of Southern Graduate Schools (CSGS). The award is given each year in four different disciplinary categories on a rotating basis. Recipients are selected based on the thesis’ clarity of style and presentation, scholarship, research methodology, and contributions to the field or discipline.
Adamatti is pursuing Ph.D. subfields in political theory and international relations. Her interests include human rights, genocide studies, decolonialism, postcolonial studies, colonial discourse, Holocaust studies, and indigenous peoples.
Adamatti will be presented with the award at the Conference's annual meeting in March 2023.
