Derefe Chevannes (PhD ‘19) who is currently tenure-track professor at the University of Memphis, has accepted a tenure-track position in Political Science (with a focus on political theory and expertise in Black political thought) at the St. George campus of the University of Toronto. He will begin this July and will be considered for early tenure.
Wesley Renfro (PhD ‘09) will become the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of New England in April 2025.
